We are very fortunate to have an active Parents and Teachers Association - we know them as our 'Friends of Coddington School'. 

The next PTA meeting is will be in the New Year (date to be confirmed) at 6.30pm at the Inn on the Green, Coddington.

The Friends play an important role in the school community and support many activities/events including

• school discos - if you are able to assist the Friends at the next school disco's (Tuesday, 8 November 2011 & Wednesday, 9 November 2011), please let Anne know through the office.
• school uniform ordering & supply
• supporting each year group's Christmas Party
• organising fundraising activities (e.g. Christmas cards, performance photos, non-uniform days and Summer fair - to name but a few).
  

The money this forum has raised has recently contributed to  

• Coddington PE Shirts for the school cross country teams
• Football and Netball team kits
• play equipment in the play-ground areas
• all-weather surfacing
• gifts for our children at Christmas
• Sports Day team sashes
• seating & whiteboard for outside classroom
• scrabble boards for the 'Scrabble Club'
• camera, arts & crafts materials.

Whilst there are approximately 20 active members, this is an open forum for all parents and teachers to attend and meets 1-2 times each term.
